Preparing for Ramazan (1435) in July 2014

We have no more time to prepare for Ramazan, now we are moving in the middle of Sau'baan. These are blessed months coming one after the other. Ramazan is a special month for all Muslim Ummah. It is a month of spiritual where the believers can get abundant of rewards for his/her deeds in this blessed month. It was mention the Holy book of Quran: There is a night called "Lailatul Gadr" which is goods more than 1000 months that it equivalent to 83.33 years this is amazing because it is more than an average life of a human that is about 63 years. 83.33 years rewards you are getting only in 12 hours. In this contemporary days people are can't assume the rewards in spiritual term but they only knew the rewards in monetary terms. But true Muslim believer will work hard for the spiritual rewards. Therefore, All brother and sisters it is time for you to works hard and increasing goodness in all means during this blessed month of Ramazan

You can lower your systolic blood pressure (the top number) by switching to the DASH diet. The DASH diet is based on 2,000 calories a day. It's rich in fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products. It's also low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and total fat. According to studies, adopting a DASH diet can reduce systolic blood pressure by eight to 14 points.
